I am so frustrated and angry about this broker. Guys be careful before registering with the broker. After three days of trying to log in to my Secure Client area but without success, I made a single call, and in less than 5 minutes it was all sorted and now I can comfortably milk the market again.

I came back recently to open a new account and retake the evaluation. 3-4 days ago, I contacted the support team via their online chat to explain my issue. 3 days ago they opened a ticket for me so that their onboarding team can allow me to open a new account and retake the evalution.

I have been told that in max 3 business days I should have a reply from their team in order to open a new account. 3 days have passed and no one dared to give me a reply. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever seen. If they take such a long time just to allow someone to open a new account, I can’t even imagine their delays in their day to day operations. Few years back Pepperstone had a great reputation but now its getting worse and worse.

The support staff who was actively calling me, Linda Nkartha, is now not responding to clear up the issue. So its a SCAM, deposit was made successfully but its jot in my account.
